Ticket presale begins on 30 October, online at zff.kupiulaznicu.hr and at the Europa Cinema ticket office.

Please check on our website which films are available for online purchase.
The number of tickets for online purchase is limited. If you cannot see the ‘Buy’ link below the film title or there is no possibility for buying a ticket for a certain show, this means that all the online tickets are sold out, but could still be bought at the festival ticket offices.

During the presale period, 30/10-10/11, all ticket prices are reduced by 5 HRK, except for the ZFF Marathon ticket package and PLUS section films.

ZFF Marathon ticket package
The package price is 200.00 HRK and is valid for the main programme at Europa Cinema. PLUS Marathon is valid only for the PLUS section, at a price of 35.00 HRK. The number of packages is limited.

Discounts for main program at Europa cinema
20 per cent discount for students with an X-card
20 per cent discount: for people in wheelchair in the company of another person

Note
Tickets can be purchased on any day for any of the screenings at Europa, Tuškanac and MSU.

Seats at Europa and Tuškanac are numbered.

Please keep your tickets by the end of the screening.

FREE TICKETS PICK-UP

Tickets are to be picked up only at the cinema ticket offices during opening hours or one hour before the screening. One person can pick up to four free tickets per screening. A part of the tickets for the Checkers section will be distributed half an hour before the screening. Admission to reruns is possible without picking up tickets. Admission to Bib for Kids is free to full auditorium capacity, without picking up tickets. Admission to Industry events is free without picking up tickets, to full auditorium capacity. Tickets can be picked up to full auditorium capacity. In case you are late for a screening, we cannot guarantee you a free seating place.

TICKET EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Exchange is possible to 24 hours before the screening for the second film in the same program at the same cinema.
We do not offer refunds, except in case of a cancelled screening or changed slot. In that case you are entitled to a refund or an exchange of tickets for another film in the same program at the same cinema.
